Refunds

• 14 days, no questions. Your first payment (monthly, annual or lifetime) is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of paying.
• After that, a subscription can be canceled at any time and stays Pro until the end of the period already paid; the time left is not refunded.
• A charge you did not expect (a renewal you forgot, a double charge): write to us and we will sort it out.

How to ask

Write to support@systemdesignfactory.com from your account’s email. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and Pro ends when it is refunded.

This policy adds to the rights consumer law gives you; it never takes any away.
